Required Classes. All first-year students are required to take the following classes in the Fall Semester: 

• NAV 101 Naval History - 3 Units

• NAV 194 Naval Lab/Drill - 1 Units

• NAV 194 Naval Physical Training - 1 Units

• NAV 102 Naval History - 3 Units

• NAV 194 Naval Lab/Drill - 1 Units

• NAV 194 Naval Physical Training - 1 Units

   

The above classes are mandatory. For subsequent classes/ semesters, follow the below detailed list.

• All scholarship Midshipmen must complete: 

      - 1 course in U.S. history or national security (before graduation) 

• Navy Option Midshipmen must complete: 

      - 1 year of calculus (completed before the start of junior year) 

      - 1 year of calculus-based physics (completed before the start of senior year) 

      - 1 term world cultures class 

      - 1 year of English (completed before the start of junior year)
