The NROTC battalion at Arizona State University was activated in August of 2010, with a class of 60 midshipmen. Presently, the unit fluctuates between 100- 130 Midshipmen, Officer Candidates and MECEPS. ASU NROTC has quickly earned a reputation of producing the finest officers in the fleet in the communities of aviation, surface warfare, nuclear propulsion and the Marine Corps.
